ROLAND FISCHER is a fictional AI Schlager star from a parallel 1980s universe – created somewhere between neon lights, drum machines, big emotions and a little digital madness.

He never had a first record contract. He never appeared on the ZDF Hitparade. And he definitely never toured Germany in 1987.

But somehow, his music remembers all of it.

THE STORY

Nobody knows exactly where Roland Fischer came from.

According to the story, he was a forgotten Schlager star of the 1980s – a man of white jackets, dark sunglasses, enormous choruses and synthesizers that never knew when enough was enough.

There is just one small problem:

Roland Fischer never existed.

No forgotten television appearances. No dusty master tapes. No legendary 1987 tour. Roland is a fictional artist created in the age of artificial intelligence – a digital character with memories of a musical career he never actually had.

His world takes the sound and imagery of the 1980s and brings them into the present: Schlager, Italo Disco, Euro Disco, Discofox, synth-pop and unapologetically huge melodies.

Songs like “Queen Of Hearts,” “Every Heartbeat,” “Für Immer” and “Hungriges Herz” sound like lost records from another timeline – familiar enough to trigger nostalgia, but created today.

And Roland takes his fictional career very seriously.

Because somewhere between human creativity, artificial intelligence and a ridiculous amount of 80s nostalgia, something strange happened:

The Schlager star who never existed started making real music.

ROLAND FISCHER brings the unmistakable spirit of the 1980s into a new era – big melodies, driving electronic drums, warm synthesizers, dramatic chords and choruses made to stay in your head.

His music moves between classic German Schlager, romantic Discofox and the international Euro- and Italo-Disco sound of the decade. Sometimes sentimental, sometimes wonderfully over the top – but always built around one thing:

the melody.

Vintage sounds meet modern production, creating songs that could have been discovered on an old 12-inch record from 1987 – and at the same time feel completely at home today.

There are heartbreak songs, dancefloor anthems, impossible love stories and those enormous choruses Roland apparently believes every song needs.
